Maggot and Chantelle have endured a restless night after Big Brother locked them in the Lab for their part in the latest task.
In the overnight experiment, the pair had to test whether it was possible to learn Japanese in their sleep.
Unfortunately for them, Big Brother began playing the Japanese learning tapes before they had gone to sleep, leaving them both tossing and turning into the early hours.
The cunning linguists were finally released from the Lab just after 10am this morning and were promptly whisked to the diary room to see how much they had learned.
A special Japanese-speaking version of Big Brother then began saying random words to them, leaving both clueless.
"We didn't know what she was saying," Maggot told the others afterwards. "We only knew it was time to go when she said 'sayōnara'."
While the findings have not been endorsed by the World Science Organisation, there was some limited support from Dr Bunsen and Beaker from the Muppets.
