Anyone know where to find Western Union?

I am looking to send some money to Eastern Europe, and I must go to a Western Union in person to be able to send it there. Does anyone know where I can find a Western Union in either Tokyo or Saitama?

Suruga Bank Western Union agent here in Japan.

I thought I did see an office in Roppongi Hills too once - right up the top of the shopping part but I can't confirm.

I did, but I still don't know how to get there. I need either a map or really good directions. Have any idea on how to get there?
