Being FG in Japan

Postby Jack » Thu Mar 02, 2006 5:44 am

What is it that gaijins whine so much about their treatment in Japan? If it's so bad being there why not leave? I don't live there so feel free to brush me off as ignorant but I have been there A LOT. I have been there 3 times since Christmas and we are only in March.

In all my travels there I have only encountered one situation in a small restaurant in Osaka when the host did not want me in his restaurant. The reason was that no one spoke English, the menu was in Japanese only and I was alone so the tab would have been small for all his trouble. I didn't get offended and after saying a few words in Japanese to him, he smiled and showed me in. I can read Japanese so I'm able to order off a unilingual menu. Other than that and the taxis that constantly refuse to stop for me, I have never experienced discrimination. If anything, I have only experienced positive discrimination in that girls are always easier to come by when you are FG.

If the Chinese stopped breaking in homes, and the Middle Easterns stopped selling whatever illigal they sell in Shibuya and Roppongi at night, and if Thai, Peruvian, Russian and Czeck hookers stopped doing what they are doing and the rowdy Australians stopped being so f----g noisy all the time maybe there would not be this "thing" against FGs.

Cheers,

Hell, I thought Kuro would jump at the chance to take the ball on this and get F--king Noisy again. But, since, he is busy, guess I'll join on the pass.

Jack has a particular skill for offending the largest number of people in the shortest space. I think he covered about 2/3 of the globe with that one. :ninja3:

Many of us were brought over here with promises of fame and stardom, only to be tricked into Yakuza prostitute rings. I'm still working-off my trasnport fee, so I have every right to complain.

Who's complaining anyway?

But then for some people it is just in their nature to whine all the time - don't you agree Jack?

Ignorant tourist. *brush off*
Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.

Not sure if this is rethorical sarcasm but I'll answer it anyway.
The book ain't coming along. I thought it was flattering but after having done some research it was discovered that there are tonnes of books on the market like the one I was going to write that don't sell at all. Then I figured if a man is not going to make any money out of it and the wife is bound to find out about all the shit going on, it's a lose-lose situation. The risk-reward ratio was not attractive. So that's dead.

Well, Jack is certainly back, like it or not. Now... here is what we are gonna do, we are gonna make this board more exciting. Take a look at some of the threads on here man... c'mon... it's so boring that some don't even have any replies. This board will be more exciting from now on.

Gomigirl, I'm glad you still here.

What happened to Gaisarada...somthing?
