I don't want to be mean but your latest picture makes you look a lot like Unlce Fester from the Adams Family. Sorry man, not trying to be harsh. I like the Olympic one better.

Youtube and Google Video are my pet peeves, they always reencode the videos, causing significant degradation of the image. Even worse, they reencode them in Flash, which has the worst video codec of any format.
Here is a link to the original files, encoded in QuickTime, Real, and WMV, each format has three different file sizes. Much better quality.
