NAGOYA-A prison guard was arrested Wednesday over the death of an inmate who was apparently tortured with a high-powered fire hose, the latest and most disturbing case of brutality to emerge at Nagoya Prison.

Sounds like Nanking-type behavior if you ask me.. Most of the soldiers in Nanking had children whom they taught their twisted mentality to..

Why spray an inmate in the asshole to begin with? Someone is still in the anal stage of life..

Back in my old 'hood in Toshima-ku (Tokyo), my yasai-ya/green grocer used to engage me in crazy champo mixed-up Jingish conversations.

Over the years he finally revealed to me that in Hong Kong he was a prison guard at the start of the war. His occasional but sparse guard stories were much the same as the book/film Empire in the Sun but in a mirror image perspective.

One very drunk night while he was teaching me old rightist war songs, I asked him how we could be, "drinking buddies, after doing that 'weirdness'."

He answered, "We're close BECAUSE of that."

... Ko Yoshida, a 55-year-old chief at Nishi Fire Station, into custody on charges of public obscenity for allegedly dropping his pants in front of the college student, 19, as she waited for a train on a bench at JR Matsunaga Station at approximately 5:35 p.m.
The girl subsequently sought assistance from a staff member at the station, who apprehended Yoshida.
At the time of the incident, Yoshida was off-duty and had just been out drinking with an acquaintance. A breathalyzer test revealed his blood-alcohol level to be at 0.08.*
The suspect has reportedly denied the charges, telling police he does not remember the incident.
