GQ Photo Shoot in Shibuya Love Hotel

Postby kamome » Tue Apr 04, 2006 2:25 am

If anyone has a chance to pick up the April 2006 issue of GQ magazine, there is a short fashion photo shoot that takes place in a love hotel in Shibuya. The male model is a western guy modeling gray suits while lounging with a Japanese girl in different love hotels. It's a bit of an idealized representation of the male expat experience.

I looked for a link, but GQ's website does not provide one. You have to buy the issue (or engage in a little tachi-yomi) to see it.

Wow! Them's some pretty fancy words for an FG scoring a hit-and-run in Shibuya!

Yeah, the hit-and-run Shibuya experience doesn't usually seem very poetic.
