What can I do in Japan for a summer?

Postby Dadaluma » Thu Feb 20, 2003 12:46 pm

I'm currently in the last semester of a full year of intensive Japanese, and I will be going to the Kyoto Center for semester abroad next year.

But I am also planning on going for the whole of the summer if I can work something out.

Any of you have any suggestions? What I can do, where I can stay, etc.

Anything would help.

During the summer you can try to catch the Danjiri Matsuri (festival) running in Kyoto, catch the fireworks festivals in August, go to Aomori city and watch the Nebuta festival, go do a lot of stuff....

Where to stay? That's for another person to give you tips on..... :D

good luck... :P
try or try not...there is no do......
