I strongly suspect and would not be surprised if MJ announced that he will shortly take up residence in Japan, renounce his US citizenship and apply to become Japanese. I feel this is the real reason for his visit to the country and I base this on the following:
Now living in the Middle East, Jackson is reportedly on the verge of selling his famous Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, California, and making plans to make a permanent home out of America - and Taylor doesn't blame him. She says, "Well really, why should he (return to the US). He's been treated like dirt." Speaking to him recently, Taylor believes Jackson may return to live shows in Europe, but she fears he'll never perform in America again.
After living in Bahrain for the past year, Micheal is bored out of his mind. The pizza is not very good and Bahrain doesn't have any Disneylands.
Pop star Michael Jackson visited a Tokyo orphanage today and told a group of 140 excited children "I love you" in Japanese.
He obviously has an affinity for Asian children.
Jackson was in the capital to accept MTV Japan's "Legend Award" during an earlier ceremony at Yoyogi Olympic Stadium. There, he choked up as he thanked fans for their loyalty.
Michael desires most of all to be loved, where else in the world except Japan can a misfit, off balace personality like his find acceptance?
His visit to Japan is the first leg of an Asian swing that will include stops in Singapore; Shanghai, China; and Hong Kong.
He will be closer to Disneylands
Superstar MICHAEL JACKSON is reportedly planning to adopt a Japanese orphan.
That would be the logical reason he would visit a Japanese orphanage, however the real reason is to find some youngster willing to become his adopted parent, thereby strengthening his case with Japanese immigration authorities.
