Healthcare for gaijin in Japan

I was reading a thread that asked what peoples jobs were in Japan. Most people said that they worked for non japanese companies based in Japan. I am looking for an RN position in Japan. Do these companies have clinics for their employees to vistit? When teaching in Japan do companies have clinics with American nurses?
