To woo octopus skeptics, U.S. stores may feature additional entertainment, says Yohei Miki, who heads the company's overseas operations.

"We're thinking of getting our cooks to chop the spring onions using Japanese swords," Miki chuckled. "You know the Americans, they love attractions."

tako-yaki in america... dreams do come true :D
now, all i need are lil street corner takoyaki shops in every town. it will be the japanese takoyaki invasion. banzai!!
otaku already know about takoyaki so it's the average everyday gaijin that are gonna have to get educated.
it's always 5 o'clock somewhere :kanpai:
