Why do foreigners digg crap like this?

becuase it's interesting. I was actually expecting some harajuku video with kids in bondage gear running around. Anyway, there's a Gehry designed bike lift similar to the parking lot in Chicago that's probably a lot more interesting.

Yeah. Thats one of those things that you take for granted after a while, but for me on the first time seeing one let alone park in one, I was thinking to myself WTF?\

Dimwit pointed out that I put in a bad link for Tokyo Breakfast.

Here's a bloke breaking onto the set of Tamori's show. And here's a fight during a variety show. I like this one where the voiceover announcer can't keep it together. I think Buraku might have been a consultant on this one.

It does have that Buraku flare to it. If it had the dog in a supporting role, the kantoku would have been identified without a doubt!

yeah, one of my mates just married his J-girlfriend of 7 years

they were planning on doing it in a few months time, but her visa was about to expire - so they went to Northern Ireland to have it done in a registry office (it takes 6 months once you filed the paperwork in the republic) and then theyll have the church wedding next year.

it was nearly called off though and she was gonna be on her way home, cause she observed him have a barney with his family over some details of the family run business (and I guess Japanese prefer quieter resolutions rather than shouting matches) and thus they had broken up for a day & a night

i wonder how the marriage will work out:
many of them dont seem to go the distance these days

Back to the original clip of a parking garage. The new Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift movie has a scene where one character is getting his car from the garage and the newly arrived gaijin is totally blown away. Quite an amusing scene and one I can relate to. The movie itself isnt great, but it has some great racing scenes through Shibuya and the like that are worth watching it for,
