That should be nice considering that China has been pissed for so long at Japan and Japan has said sorry for what they did. Plus in that cartoon, the most recent atrocity that Japan did was back in the 40's. Tianeanmen was in the 80's. Japan hasn't been guilty of any thing other then being fired apon by one of China's allies, North Korea! I hope that this will actually help more then hurt with those negoations.
