I've gone down to my ward office in Yokohama to sign the No-Way-Jose list for Juki-net. Of course, I'm not a Siberian harbor seal so the Ward guys just smiled at me and wrote down my compliant in the general comment form which you can pick at every ward office and city subway station. The complaint form MUST, by law, be acted on in some way by a government stiff. It's always fun to fill it out in my finest prolix English.

I've worked on the e_Gov project aka Juki-net, and it's cho mega-fquarked.
