Temporary Tokyo Toilet Museum

Here's a new stop on the Tokyo tourist itinerary until the 27th of this month. TOTO has brought up some of the main exhibits from their Kita Kyushu factory and set up a Toilet Museum in their Nishi Shinjuku showroom. Proving popular so far is the super-sized sumo wrestler dump pot but the ladies standing urinals are said to be running a close second. If you take the time to fill in a questionnaire, you'll get a TOTO mobile phone strap which looks like a must-have item.

Only Mulboyne, the Shinjuku Backalley Bandit, could have found an organized display of crappers!

The funniest photo you can take at Toto Land is of their 1/2 and 1/8 size display toilets. I've always wanted to "liberate" one of each from the display for my garden gnome and lawn jockey to use.
