Principal hangs self outside own school
ONOMICHI, Hiroshima -- The principal of an elementary school was found dead here after apparently committing suicide because he had trouble running the school his way, police said. The 56-year-old principal, Kazuhiro Keitoku, was found hanging from a rope attached to the guardrail of an emergency exit outside the grounds of Takasu Elementary School in Onomichi shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday. ...

I wonder if this principle will be limited to principals? :oops:

However, after listening to the midi file of their school song (here), I can understand why he killed himself. Once was more than enough - imagine hearing that EVERY DAY . . . :cliff:

Does this sort of shit happen in any other country besides Japan? I mean, growing up in the US, I never heard of any teacher committing suicide over work... not to say that it never happened, but I never heard about it. But here this sort of shit happens on a regular basis.

Why do those in charge commit suicide over business or occupational matters? I don't get it...
