NHK News Readers Ditch Gravitas

Next month sees the release a debut CD by the NHK news reader band called "Kotoba Ojisan And The Announcers" They are the first NHK unit to hit the music trail and they are set for appearances on TV programme "Music Express" and also at NHK Hall. This should help lighten up the next murder bulletin.

There are cheap, require no talent, little production and keeps the announcers busy so they have no time for sexual harassment.

A better question is why does anyone actually watch the crap.:rolleyes:
