Rehabilitating the robots Osaka clinic catering to humanoid clientele

The patients at a clinic in Fukushima Ward, Osaka, suffer a lot of common ailments--problems in their joints and limbs--and simply just don't move as well as they used to. However, one important difference is that these patients are not humans, but humanoids.[floatr]Image[/floatr]
What is believed to be the world's first clinic for humanoids and robots opened in early August in Osaka. It is run by Systec Akazawa, a firm involved in robot development.

In Japan there are REAL MEDICAL PROBLEMS : old folks dying of cancer, mentally ill or suicidal salarymen, women who have been physically or mentally abused and heaps of leprosy sufferers (normally found in 3rd world countries)


But instead of building a hospital to deal with these REAL MEDICAL PROBLEMS Japan decides to build a RoboChan-Ward

Perhaps the Japanese have become so fucking obsessed crappy robotics that the Japanese are in fact turing into robots.
