As for Catholics....I think the Catholic church has been one of the biggest under the radar proponents for homosexuality. Sorry, but the history books support the FACT that Catholic missionaries would take local native boys from where ever they were for themselves. bisexual
heterosexual
homosexual

You are either one or the other..

No other categories I can think of..
