I saw this a few weeks ago, and had just managed to forget it when GG posted it, and now I've got it stuck in my head again. Hell, I was just singing it a few minutes ago. I am mortified.

But there is a cure for tunes that you can't get out of your head. I've heard this phenomenon was called "musicolalia" and one psychiatrist recommended mentally running through a familiar song, ANY song, all the way to the end. Just pick something short and simple like "Happy Birthday," for example, and listen to it in your head, imagining it with a final note and a big finish. Supposedly the completion of any familiar tune will shut down any other tunes that run around your brain without ever completing.
