I like how the garbage man slapped the punk around. He wasn't so cool and funny then. This is one time that I hope the J-cops really fucked with somebody.

I've seen it before, it's been around plenty of times. I found the video quite disappointing, I was hoping the garbage man would throw the ozhole into the trash compactor.

What a fucking pussy. No problem messing with a little old homeless guy, but when an able-bodied laborer slaps him in the face, chokes him, and yanks his shirt off he just takes it like a little girl.

You know a lot of the times we get to carried away with the excesses that Mother Nihon lays upon us. We forget about the outlandish and totally unresponsible shit that the J-people see from us.

What possible excuse can that guy give for picking up some person's bicycle (owner probably unknown to him) and throwing it into an uncoming vehicle. Watching this in action brings to mind why we are so popular in certain quarters.

You can say, "Hey this is not representative of all the FGs who are trying hard out there". We may understand this, but tell that to the trash truck guy and all the J-people,who experienced this ridiculous little tirade, or for that matter, even those who just hear about it!

That dog don't hunt Tommy! I've crawled pubs with Aussies from the former RVN to Tokyo and they'll have a pint with you.

But nothing excuses that unresponsible show of juvenile vandalism. Think about it. You walk out of your home whereever and a Japanese guy picks up your bicycle (or anyone's bike for that matter) and throws it into the front of your car. What do you say or do? Say "ah, he's just a Japanese"?

Don't blame that on Oz, only Charles can do that! Everyone else knows better.

I AM Australian and I agree that this behaviour is totally appalling. The guy was a moron.

Unfortunately, moronic behaviour is not limited to certain nationalities - they are everywhere.

Exactly. Its got nothing to do with the fact that he is Australian, there are people like him in every country of any nationality. Where there are people there will be arseholes like him.

Makes me so angry that they even think that its funny and post it on Youtube to show to the world their stupidiness...!?

What was more disappointing

Postby canman » Mon Sep 18, 2006 8:44 am

Is the friend videotaping it, and laughing the whole time. You could see that he was just hoping something would happen so he could post it on Youtube.
I really hope that the garbage collector didn't get into trouble, but after what I've seen living near a US base, the gaijin up here get a lot of breaks that they shouldn't. Maybe AO can give us the skinny since he was in the military there, but I had a student who was a police officer and he would occasionally stop drivers from the base so drunk they were driving on the wrong side of the road. Instead of hauling there asses to jail, they knew what a pain in the ass it would be to wait for the translator and the US MP's, so they would drive them home in the police car.

A pity the fuzz didn't think to demand the video tape, which they could've watched there and then. Makes it easier to cut through the B.S. about what happened.

Looks like he got what he deserved from the garbo, though, and maybe that was their conclusion anyway.

Marvin-san, if you can't get him deported, at least send him his uniform:

I have seen this before...FGs as well as JNs. Usual JPS (Japanese Police Station) response is interrogations for 3 hours then hold till a parent or boss comes to pick the accused up. (I've had to sit there a couple of times for being 'too drunk'. I've also have gone to pick people up at 3 or 4 in the morning.) Usually the accused would have to pay for damages and give a bunch of 'Gomennasai's. JPS like to include the employer when problems arise.

Yes, I too was once young and dumb. I've taken care of the young part now I need to work on the dumb part...

If anything, I hope the person in this video learned a lesson not to do it again.

I have seen little Japanese fucktards do the same or similar... I hope Marvin can get them deported.. They don't deserve to be here. (Sometimes I wonder if I do)... but at least I don't spit on bicycle seats and throw bicycles at garbage trucks and bother the homeless... it's disgusting to see that and then have them represent me as a foreigner here.

What ever happened

Postby canman » Tue Oct 10, 2006 12:58 pm

I remember reading that someone on the board knew this guy and was going to try and get him fired or at least in touch with the police. Did anything come of it?
I would like to put it all down to youthful indiscretion, but that was just really stupid. Taunting homeless people is one thing, but thowing the bike at the garbage truck, that was pretty reckless.
I take is this was very early in the morning, hence the lack of people.
