I need to fax something out to overseas urgently by tomorrow morning, the convinient stores's fax machine can only fax locally, please advise if anyone know where to do it. Does the Post Office have this service?

If you have a scanner, and a dialup connection, you can use EFAX.

Just scan the document and then use the following software from this website:
http://home.efax.com/s/r/eFaxHomepage

they have a free trial.

Have you tried every konbeni? Is there a Kinkos nearby? I know of a couple in Osaka, and Tokyo.

http://www.kinkos.co.jp/

I think they are open 24 hours, at least they are in the states...

Good luck

You just supply them with a phone card. I use anchor cards, 312 minutes to japan (land line only) for $10.00
