Channel 61 on Net TV Gov has a number of English videos. Up till now, they have largely been Yokoso Japan promos but there are a few more substantive items up there now like the October 12th "Abe Administration: Policy Profile". Mind you, I think they might want to reconsider the voice actor they use to represent Abe.
