Didn't feel to jiggly to me, more a smooth swaying motion. 4th floor in a concrete bunker type apartment.

Earthquake shakes Tokyo area
March 13, 2003
AN earthquake strong enough to sway large buildings shook the Tokyo area today, but there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.

The quake had a preliminary magnitude of 5.1, according to Japan's Meteorological Agency. It was centred 50km underground just north-east of Tokyo.

Very long jiggly one.. my office tends to wobble like jelly but then I guess it is just designed to go with the flow rather than fall down.. I hope at least...
