The Japan National Geographic Channel is doing their "Kaiten Documento" Special this month. They always have a disclaimer buried in their programs that the kaiten* have only two kills to their credit---the first attack (the oiler USS Mississinewa) and their the last attack.
*Kaiten class are suicide weapons, basically, heavy torpedoes modified by the rough addition of a one or two person pilot's cabin. These are different than midget submarines with are built to return and living accomidations.

Which after their introduction, coined a new word in to Nihongo, "Kaitenzushi"!
