Flights to Sapporo

My apologies in advance for such a lame topic...but does anybody have a recommendations for a travel agent for flights within Japan (as far as I know No 1 travel only does flights outside of Japan). It would be better if English is spoken but it's not necessary. Haven't had much luck online (the prices on ANA's and Skymark's website are ridiculously high...). I hope I'm not being too optimistic by wanting to book a roundtrip for 30000 yen or less for the weekend of the 11-12 of february.
