Rob Pongi infringing on Disney's copyright?

Postby cstaylor » Mon Mar 17, 2003 12:12 am

Just the other day my niece was watching Disney's "Alice in Wonderland", and I made a startling (well, startling for me) realization: Rob Pongi and Tweedledee are unmistakenly similar in appearance:

Rob Pongi
Tweedledee

Do any of you media-saavy readers know if Rob is safe from copyright infringement litigation? ;)

We have a single "no" vote so far. Could it be that Disney's copyright on the characters has expired? :?:

Completely OT but When skiing a few weeks ago at haukuba we were confronted with about 6 skiing adult tiggers.. compete with tails...

They were accompanying one pooh

It was most amusing to see these skiing cartoon characters...
