While, on the other hand I'm constantly amazed at the anti-dexterity of the Japanese in using European tableware. I can manage a set of chopsticks as good or better than 90% of the people around me, yet have to endure the inanely poor table manners and uncouth eating habits of those using silverware. Whats up with that? Holding the fork and knife wrong handed, grabbing the spoon like shovel. Eating from the inside out. Sheesh. And to top it off, listening to the slurping, burping and garfing. Don't they teach ANY manners here??
