The two patrol cops look like they are eyeballing a gaijin or two by Akasaka Mitsuke and haven't noticed the truck yet.

BTW, drove by there on the freeway this morning on my way to the office and with the exception of a fence installed over the wrecked side rails, you can tell where it happened. If you weren't looking for it, you probably wouldn't notice it.
