Scalped Tickets

Postby z0rk » Fri Feb 23, 2007 4:21 pm

I need some help.

So Nine Inch Nails is coming to Tokyo on the 18th and 20th of May. A friend was supposed to buy me a ticket, but fucked up. The shows are now sold out. Being a stupid person and hardcore fan, I am looking for a scalped, over-priced ticket that costs me more of my salary than I can afford. I would give up food and beer for Trent Reznor. I posted in FS/FT/WTB, but in the event that that doesn't pan out, where do people buy scalped tickets in Japan? What websites? My kanji ain't great but I can manage, so nihongo is ok.

Christ, I'm an idiot. Help me out.

You can try Yahoo! Auctions Japan. That is probably the best Internet method. A quick check now shows one ticket going now for around 9k.

As for face-to-face, you can try the various ticket shops in Shibuya and Shinjuku. The ones in Shinjuku are in the area of Tower Records and Time Square. Near Shinjuku San-Chome and the relatively new Sakuraya outside the Nishi Guchi exit of Shinjuku Station has a few also. The Shibuya shops are near Center Gai.

On the day of the show there will most certainly be people selling outside the venue as well.
