ICC Cricket World Cup

Does anyone have an idea about an effective way to watch the upcoming cricket world cup? willow.tv used to offer expensive but live streaming earlier and I had used them in the past but now they have stopped supporting IP addresses from Japan for some reason. I want to watch the matches of the big teams only i.e. Australia, India, South Africa etc. but even if I have to pay for the entire package it would still be acceptable. As of now, I am not able to find any viable option for watching the world cup at all. Any pointers would be appreciated.
