Worthless. This article is about paying out bribes when doing business abroad... this has absolutely no affect on the nation's domestic government (so MacDonald's is coerced into paying the kid of the Prime Minister of some small banana republic, big deal).

Yes, it's illegal, but I think people are more interested in the effects of domestic bribes... like in the case of Enron in the U.S.
