oh god, that took a while to figure out. I guess my mind wasn't dirty enough for the first one, and I didn't mish-mash the hiragana and katakana properly for the second.

That reminds me of a story from my JET days. One of my friends did the Kabukicho first night out in Tokyo like most JETs do during Tokyo orientation.
