Asahi: Building stands in path of PAC3 missile system
A high-rise apartment building under construction will stand precariously close to the planned flight path of missiles fired from an interceptor defense system in Tokyo, sources said. The building's construction was permitted because the government has yet to impose restrictions on high-rise buildings in areas surrounding planned sites for the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC3) defense system.
