the buzzsaw-tipped strap-on really gives it that special touch, great for cutting though hard-to-chew steaks at BBQs/cookouts

Is this Random Gaijin or Random Nihonjin? Most 2chers think this is from China. The carriages are the same ones that run on the Odakyu line in Tokyo but these apparently run in China too.

I'm going to have to vote for China. I tried to blow up the image as far as I could, but couldn't get the characters clear enough to tell for sure, but they looked Chinese. However, I would probably want to do the models to determine for sure!

My bet is that is they are on a Odakyu line train and the pictures from a few years back. Time frame probably can be estimated by when wide floppy belts were last popular with J-Girls (since all but one of them are clearly wearing wide floppy belts).

Long view shot of interior of Odakyu line with very similar interior to that in the subject photo, although the doors between cars appear beige colored...although subject photo frame 4 is a bit dim the car doors do show a beige tint...along with similar ad size and placement on wall by emergency alarm panel as well as similar colored sticker directly under emergency alarm panel.

Here's a similar shot done up at 3 MB...while this appears to be a more recent photo (yellow hand rings at the end for what is probably a handicapped area)...one can blow this one up more and see that the panels above the door show the similar color and layout, although maps in the subject photos do not look as streamlined as the more recent photo, although both maps show upward spurs going to the right. In this photo I think I can see a similar rectangular window sticker in the far left window as that under the head of the woman in subject photo frame 3. One can just make out a portion of a no hazardous materials sign through the bag support racks in the upper right hand side of the car end, very similar to the one in the upper right of subject photo frame 4

Similar non smoking and what appears no hazardous materials sign along with car number, although they are transposed in order from the subject photo, this picture was taken in one a different Odakyu line (a train line with round hand rings, not the more triangular kind in the subject photo upper right corner in frame 4)...more signifying Odakyu line style that direct evidence.

Nope, it's the ad to increase the awareness for bone marrow donor and I believe that singer died from leukemia. Definitely not Matsuda Seiko. Only if I remembered who the dead chick was..
