Bikkuri Donkey!
ages ago they were called Donald Duck, but course nazi disney sued them ..
they have a branch under the sapporo tower, and at the top of it, tho that one isnt officially a bikkuri donkey tho its owned by the same firm and has the same menu....
great place to see schoolkid graffiti carved into the tables... fucking scary that high up when theres an earthquake tho... scared the living shit outta me..

I'm surprised noone has mentioned Fujiya! Fujiya has a pretty good selection and the food compares with Anna Miller's. They also have a dessert section of the restaurant and a regular food section.
