I disagree.
First guy: Idiot who is running a tab with Darwin. With luck Darwin will collect before said idiot has a chance to procreate.
Second guy: Very good point, although a rather extreme way to make it. Shizuoka needs an airport about as much as Africa needs drought.

Jeez, I expected this story would be like a local incident. One college bar was infamous for it's "flaming bar" stunt, the bartender would pour flammable rum along the length of the bar and then light it up. But one night, he was dissatisfied with the flames, and decided to splash some more rum along the bar. Alas, he splashed a LOT of it, and burning rum got all over the nearby drinkers. One woman's face was burned pretty seriously, and she sued for $10million. IIRC the bartender got 30 days in jail, I didn't hear how the civil lawsuit turned out.
