Nothing new from AIT ((Advanced Infantry Training). The US uses tons of these type of training films depending on what courses, or level of training the person is taking.

The only reason they are restricted (not classified) is to prevent the your kids watching them and using the techniques on the neighborhood kids, although in my neighborhood that could bring some improvements.
