Actually, the rest-of-the-story USJ is MUCH dirtier than their water. USJ is 50% owned by the Osaka City Government that has been mishandling/mismanaging everything to squeeze more money out of Vivendi. I'd love to see someone dig up the real dirt on this steaming pile of FUN, in the Japanese sense ("foon").
