I watched that on TV and several channels had several differant versions of the incident, but about the only thing they somewhat agreed upon, was that the perp was "apparantly" a Chinese national living in Chiba. Other than that I couldn't figure out what he was supposed to be protesting from all the differant themes and theories that the newscasters were spouting off. Hell, he was on the way out of Dodge, why wait until then?
