A man in Yamanashi, working as a chauffeur, drove up to a McDonalds drive-in restaurant at 3:40am, dropped his trousers and exposed himself to the two girls at the window. He has been arrested. (Japanese story here. Edit: English link here)

Probably only had one, which would explain his hobby of running his drumstick out into the wind!
