I always thought Okinawa would be a prime target. Plenty of military personnel. Plenty of naive Americans. Only a couple of rockin' night clubs, so they're guaranteed to be packed with servicemen during the weekend. Plus, one briefcase nuke would really put a dent in US military interests. Thank God I live in Naha (though I hear that a modern nuke would even reach that far).
