Waiting at the chemist's last Wednesday (and they take a long time to sort out a prescription don't they?) saw an amazing poster. Amongst the "bend your knees not your back", "eat healthy", "exercise" messages was an incredibly useful piece of advice:

"Always take your pills out of the packaging before swallowing them."

I've seen that poster too.

I think its for old people from the inaka who never go to the hospital or doctor's office. They rarely go. I don't know why, but they don't. My grandmother almost never goes excpet if it's something that keeps her from doing farm work.
