New poster here.

So I'm surfin around some forums today and found ALOT of anti American shit coming from AMERICANS?? I noticed most are around 15 living with their parents and probably get the shit beat out of them at their school.

Always wondered how those people spent their time...apparently it's online talkin spank about their own country.

America will be in trouble when these "japan sugoi" manga reading douche bags get some power and start shittin downhill.

I think it'll be okay. As soon as they're old enough, they'll leave for Japan where even the gangliest, greasiest, dorkiest, most socially inept, weirdest slimey looking butter-faced white guy can get some stupid Japanese hooch to be his girlfriend.
And then that guy will never leave Japan again if he can help it. He'll attempt to live here for the rest of his life because it's a land where he can dress up like a Chobit and parade around in the street AND THEN go home and get to at least second base with a REAL GIRL.

Personally, I love America sooooo much more since coming here. I can't believe there are places on this planet where biscuits in a pressurized can and powdered brownie mix are not common supermarket fare. Barbaric, I tell you. Utterly barbaric.

And I though FG was the place so delightfully devoid of pimply-faced, teenage "japan sugoi" jerkoffs.

But since you brought it up, what makes you think people are actually looking forward to the next time you press the "reply" button? I have a feeling the first 15-year old on here might actually be you, hawaiibadboy.

Actually, I really do miss brownie and cake mix. I've baked ONE cake since I've been here, and the ingredients cost me $42. Nobody bakes.

It is the nature of Americans to complain...they're generally intolerant of bad situations and they are fully cognizant that if you don't complain about problems then nothing will ever improve....You don't hear US folks saying the English equivalent of shoganai very often, if ever....well, maybe about Iraq nowadays.

The US has some very nice features...it also has some serious problems...complaining about problems is one of the steps necessary to improving the situation...if no one complains, how will anyone else know there is a problem? Maybe once you get out of junior high school, you'll realize this.

Amazon.com sells groceries now. Duncan Hines cake mix, $2.69. Shipping to Japan, unknown, but surely less than $40.

Exactly, Hawaiibadboy, you can't possibly like everything about America. Why do nothing but celebrate the good if it allows the bad to persist? There are many things I hate about American culture, like its eating habits and work hours, for example. Surely these things don't outweigh the good aspects, which is why I don't flee the country, but what good would it do me to never complain about these things?

Complain?
Fuck
I'm a certified complainer/question asker.
I think thats different from saying my country suckz and I wanna run away to Japanatopia where everything is wonderful.

This country is a haven (apparently) for people who are just smart enough to see the prob but too fukin spineless to try and fix it.

I bake all the time. I made muffins and banana bread yesterday - all from scratch. But try Muji for excellent packet mixes for cookies, brownies and cakes. Really yummy and cheap.

Also you can get the paper baking tins for muffins and loaf cakes. Easy when you are baking stuff to take somewhere as there is no tin to worry about collecting later. All from 100 yen shop.

Don't get all ornery on the stupid hooches. Guaranteed, even a stupid hooch knows something that you don't, just don't put them in charge of things like paying the rent or dealing with the NHK oyaji.

I thought "butter face" applies strictly to women ("but her face"). You can't be a butter faced guy, can you?

I never realized that there isn't cake, cookie or brownie mixes in Japan.

I always wondered why whenever I come back to Japan, all the office ladies would ask for mixes for omiyage.

There have been times when I have almost a suitcase full of different kind of mixes. I'm just glad I have never had to open it for customs inspection.

The NHK oyaji---now that deserves a whole new topic on its own. Anyone care to start?

 2. What kind of person pays NHK fees?
 3. NHK's BS

But unfortunately not only gaijin guys but also gaijin girls (especially Euro-American who studying in J-college) mostly have weird or creepy appearances more or less. In other words most of Euro-American gaijin girls in Japan is BUSU!!!
