And so you should be! I saw an episode of Sex and the City once and they were freaking out about the fact that Charlotte (the prudish one) was going out with an uncircumsized man. She had to talk to her friends for counselling about how to overcome this terrible turn-off! I was amazed that they would find this disgusting! Surely it stops "it" (can't find a word I'm comfortable with, must be a bit prude myself :oops:

To defend the writer, Mark Schreiber, he is just reporting/translating what the "vernacular media frequently goes" into. The "catch sales" (aka 'too much money not enough common sense') problem is severe and the Japanese media is always covering it on nearly daily basis this time of year. The "gripes" come from a variety of Japanese sources:

well..i guess its all in opinion..
like if you seen alot of uncut onces, then saw a cut one, you might be turned off by cut ones, and vice versa..

I've always thought cut ones looked really weird..

Actually, its true.
My aunt (wife's aunt.) who is only a few years older than I came over to see our son a couple months after he was born.

She was there during changing time and it was the first time in her life she had seen a cut penis. She said it looked delicious and she wanted to eat it.

Dunno. I didn't have a problem with it. If she kept mentioning it, or started asking me about mine, then I would have said or done something.

I do rib her about it tho sometimes.

Its funny tho. She is married now and her husband is 1 year older than I.

When we go places, I say he is my uncle. That gets us a lot of free drinks in bars.
