Setagaya flooding! Tamagawa lappin' top of dikes

I just got back from a 5km detour to cross the flooded Tamagawa--the dykes [color="PaleTurquoise"](sic) [/color]are holding but the bridges are closing. And all my buddies in the Blue Tarp Mansions are flooded out as you can see on the bottom right of the webcam mounted down the bluff from my house.

At first glance, I feel really sorry for the people that are living there and have to deal with that.

After looking again......Yipeeeeee. Wahooooo. Looks like in a few days after the water subsides, I got me an new place to go muddin'
