Tokyo not even ranked as "courteous city"

Odd news from Japan and all things Japanese around the world.

Are you including the 'Home for Wayward Goats' in your foundations? If so you shouldn't, everyone knows it is just a front for 'Kiddie' Porn.:p

Oh that's terrible! Things like that happen to me walking on crutches at least once a week, and the crazies ALWAYS run away without even a gomen.

To make you feel better, one of my neighborhood's craziest bicycle kamikaze who has skinned past me a couple of times talking on his keitei, clipped me slightly this morning. Then while still yammering on the keitai, he crashed into the closing rail crossing gate he was trying to sneak under. I kicked his keitai under a vending machine while I watched him saving his bike from the train. I did NOT push the emergency button on the crossing gate in the hope the train might get him. :devil2:

Kamikaze Bicyclists

I kind of know how you feel. The street leading from the station to my work place is like a launch pad for kamikazes. I was getting to work all stressed out from nearly being run over so now I take an indirect route that few bicyclists use.
BTW, I'm in Chiba, too.

Yes, on the walking pavement by the roadside is another problem, but that place I mentioned is meant for people to walk around with fountain and benches around there..have you been to Outbacks in Ichikawa? it is outside of all the other restaurants there, and we are inside the areas where bicycle are not allowed..I think that oyaji is not worth my key board, he just deserve a kick on his ball.

I think he deserves just that, too.

When I was working as an English teacher for elementary schools in the ward I live in I got hit by bikes 4 times in a half year, all from behind and in two cases they just rode off without a word...

Aaahhh, pushy sidewalk bicycle oyaji assholes... the reason the good lord blessed each and every one of us with a set of elbows.

If you manage to knock one of their hands off the handlebars, or in the case of keitai/umbrella users their only hand they usually lose control, crash and burn. If you don't wear a MP3 player or something you can usually hear them coming anyway, so the key is to stick one of your arms out at exactly the right moment. For extra points you can try to do it just so that one of your hands hits them clean in the face.

People who want to ride bikes on the sidewalk should learn how to do it properly first... which is without being an asshole.

I am outraged. As the founding benefactor of this foundation, you will be hearing from my solicitor about this libel.

(BTW, how did you find out that we were really a front?)
