The Lock Up
Oriental Wave 5F, 5-17-13 Shinjuku
TEL. 03-5272-7055
To get there, take the Kabuki-cho exit from the JR station, cross the street, and turn right at "Don Quixote" (it's a very loud and gaudy store with random junk and that is relative to the area it's in so it should be fairly obvious). Reservations, highly reccomended, 1 hour+ waits aren't uncommon.
The Lockup, 5-17-13 Shinjuku 5F (5272-7055, Shinjuku), is a Shinjuku original that has since spawned several branches elsewhere in Tokyo. It has a hybrid prison/dungeon/horror movie theme: customers are led to tables inside stone cells by waitresses in plastic-miniskirt police uniforms, where they are "locked up" and given menus filled with bizarre drinks (the most well-known of which consists of a rack of test tubes filled with flavored syrups, a flask full of alcohol, and a beaker to mix everything in) and relatively normal food. Twice every night, a "jailbreak" is staged in which the lights go out and costumed hoodlums scare the living daylights out of random patrons. Open until 5 am.

There's one in Shibuya and Shinjuku as well. The food is shiiiet, but it's not a bad place if you want to have a gokon or something. Haha...
Has anyone been to the ninja place in Akasaka before?
