I Feel your pain. Talk about a blowout! And it kinda confirms that old footy adage that says "You've gotta loose a few to win one". Mooney didnt get a single touch in his last GF appearance, and today, he's a superstar. As were the rest of the team. A wide spread of contributors.
Anyway, its not like Geelong stole it. They clearly were the best team throughout the season.
Pies in '08.

Boy, did my gut feeling go wrong....
Well, the Cats this year, and the bigger, fiercer cats of the Tiger variety in 2008!
Great result for Geelong, though. A 28-year drought broken next year would be even better!

Ok, here we go again. Sydney just got pumped by the Dogs. Pies should rip the Saints a new arsehole at the G tomorrow. Any predictions for the GF?
Cats vs Hawks?
Cats vs Pies?
Cats vs Dogs?

I'll tip my hand. Pies grab flag in '08!

Might be the battle of the west, Cats & Dogs.

Sorry mate! They've done well to get as far as they have regardless of what happens tomorrow, but it's not the Pies' year again. (Mind you, it would be nice if they got to the granny, led well all day only to collapse in the final quarter and lose by a point in a controversial kick after the siren no matter who it was against!!!!!)

Finally watched a few games this season for the first time since 1996 thanks to the Australian network. Cats and the Hawks to fight for the chiko roll, if the Cats keep Buddy to less than 7 they may win otherwise, good-fucking-night

Gonna be a great game today....not a supporter of either team, but would like to see the Saints break the drought.

What a game! Feel sorry for the Saints...they were fantastic, too. Geelong worthy builders of a dynasty, though.
