UK TV "Tokyo" Channel Ident

This is a channel ident for Britain's Channel Four. It seems like it has been shot somewhere like Kabukicho and then neon signs have been overlayed to make up the "4" logo at the end.

Could be worse like the channel ads I had back where I grew up. Im not saying where but they were crappy.
