maybe it's a lack of something that you miss? a few of the things i really like about japan are the lack of in-your-face religionists (fuck every last one of 'em), a lack for the most part of throngs of morbidly obese people, a lack of feminazis trying to ruin a good time and a lack of pansy attitudes and sue happy people for every little scrape, cut or bruise their kid might get while being a kid.

boys here can play dodgeball and induldge in various rough play, as boys should, without some member of the femiban wanting to drug them up and turn them into little girls.

i had a kid put her hand in the shape of a gun and fling a rubber-band at my ass. while i don't condone such behaviour in the classroom, i really don't see the need for her to be tasered, incarcerated and tried as an adult for such an "act of terror".

sometimes it's what's not there that you can miss without realizing.

Hey all you FG's, I'm new around here. Nice to meet you!

I've been taking Japanese in my University for about 2 years now, and came across this site. With the exception of a few things here, I like the site, its hilarious, and not TOO biased on anything, I think anything that irks me is something thats easily ignored.

I'll be taking the biggest step outside of my hometown besides going to New York for a summer, next year as I plan on studying in Japan for a year before my childhood officially ends and I graduate and work for some jackass for the rest of my life.

I hope I gather as much info from this place about Japan and what not as possible.
